Spring Training Game Two Recap

The Ducks and Bluefish wrapped up their home-and-home exhibition series today at Bethpage Ballpark, as the Ducks hosted their first home spring training game of the year. With bright sunshine overhead and Ducks fans from all over Long Island enjoying the Fan Fest activities at the Duck Pond, you could not have asked for a better day for baseball. Unfortunately for the Faithful Flock,  the Bluefish spoiled the party with a 9-4 win over Long Island to take both games of the series.

Some stat lines that stood out from today’s game for the Ducks:

-Joash Brodin: 2-for-5, R

-Fehlandt Lentini: 1-for-4, 2B, RBI

-Keith Castillo: 1-for-2, RBI

-Fernando Hernandez: 1.0 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 0 K
