‘Tis the Season for Holiday Fun

???????????????????????????????
Holiday season has arrived Ducks fans! The weather is starting to feel more and more like winter, and Thanksgiving will kick off the holidays in just a couple of days. With that in mind, the Ducks are gearing up for the festivities as well, and there are plenty of events to mark on your calendars in the upcoming weeks.

As has been the case every year, the Waddle In Shop, the official merchandise store of the Ducks, will be re-opening for the holiday season so fans can get the baseball fan in their life the perfect gift. This year, the store will be opening back up on Saturday, December 7 at 10:00 a.m. The day will feature visits from Long Island’s favorite mascot, QuackerJack, and Santa Claus, so be sure to come out and visit with the entire family.

In addition, the Ducks will be kicking off their annual toy drive on December 7 for those spending the holidays in the hospital. Fans can donate new, unwrapped toys by placing them beneath the Christmas tree in the store that day as well as during normal business hours at Bethpage Ballpark from December 7 through 16. The toys will then be delivered by members of the Ducks Street Team to the pediatric units at Stony Brook University Medical Center, Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center and North Shore LIJ/Southside Hospital. The following is a list of the parades in which the Ducks will be attending:
